There are many type of derma roller. Special after care is needed basically after using derma roller having needles longer than 0.5mm. For using 0.5mm or smaller dermaroller no after care needed. After rolling with needles longer than 0.5mm the skin can turn into red and also sometimes be swollen for couple of hours. For comfort and also for removing the post-thera[y redness we can use a coo pack or cool herbal mask after such dera rolling treatent. Also it is advisible not to leave the skin exposed under sun for the next 7 days after using the dermaroller and for that should use a good sunbock cream. Every procedures should have a time interval of 4-6 weeks
